I’m Robyn, a New York State-licensed clinical social worker with a master’s degree in social work from New York University. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, more engaged in your relationships, and more present in the world around you. My therapy style is easy going, curious, empathic, open-minded and collaborative. I enter each session with the intention of providing you with a safe, nurturing space to explore your thoughts and feelings, without judgment.
I have experience working with a wide variety of clients, though I specialize in fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum mental health. I have also worked extensively with depression, anxiety, PTSD, traumatic brain injury (TBI), chronic illness, and disability.
I have completed the advanced perinatal mental health psychotherapy training program from Postpartum Support International (PSI) and have earned a certificate in infertility mental health from the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).
When I’m not working, I enjoy hiking in the Hudson Valley, traveling, practicing yoga, and cooking for my friends and family.
