Therapy is a dedicated safe place to be you.
How therapy can help
Therapy builds a safe space to put aside the stress and distractions of our daily lives and devote time to exploring what we truly want and need.
In this space, the support and attentiveness of a professional can lead to greater openness, better communication and improved self-care.
My philosophy and style
I’ll work with you to help you feel more connected to yourself, more engaged in your relationships, and more present in the world around you.
My therapy style is easy going, curious, empathic, open-minded and collaborative. I enter each session with the intention of providing you with a safe, nurturing space to explore your thoughts and feelings, without judgment.
My psychotherapy practice is informed by supportive, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral (CBT) theories.
